Pond Cleanout

What's included?

  • First we will check the flow of your water and make sure the pump is working properly. 

  • Check surrounding plants and rock edging by trimming down dead plants or removing unwanted weeds/plants due to overgrowth.

  • Pump out the dirty pond water until it is the right level to remove fish. 

  • Relocate your fish safely in a holding pool, with a net over the top. 

  • Rinse and pressure wash the inside of the pond. We will remove sludge, debri, and pressure wash edging rocks.

  • Remove any debris from the skimmer. Spray mechanical filtration and backwash any pressure filter units.

  • Check underwater lights if needed.

  • Refill the pond and treat the water. We use a beneficial bacteria concentrate to jumpstart your ecosystem.

  • Properly reintroduce your fish by acclimating them to their new clean pond!

  • Typically a 2 day service, pricing starts at $500*

Pondless Waterfall Cleanout

What's included?

  • Drain pondless waterfall vault.

  • Ensure proper pump function and flow.

  • Check surrounding plants and rock edging by trimming down dead plants or removing unwanted weeds/plants due to overgrowth.

  • Rinse and pressure wash rocks and gravel thoroughly.

  • Refill pondless waterfall and check for edge leaks.

  • $300 for average waterfall cleanout*
